Some travel costs to consider

Wedding ceremony at McKell Park, Darling Point with Jo Booth Sydney marriage celebrant and MC. Jo sitting on her Vespa getting ready to marry a couple in a simple elopement ceremony.

Travel Fees outside of Sydney

What about travel costs? Sure, there are some costs for different locations/areas cause you know, fuel costs be absolutely crazy;

  • Penrith, Palm Beach, Cronulla - $70 travel fee

  • Richmond, Windsor, Camden - $100 travel fee

  • Glenworth Valley or Panorama House - $150 travel fee - fave venues

  • Central Coast, South Coast (to Nowra), Blue Mountains - $250 travel fee

  • Bewong River Retreat - $250 travel fee - another fave venue

  • Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Southern Highlands, Kangaroo Valley - $250

  • Far South Coast (Nowra to Mollymook) or North Coast (north of  Newcastle) - $280 travel fee

  • Anywhere else - just ask and I will work something out

Any other costs to know about?

Sorry but there are some costs that I have to pass on (fuel prices are nuts - see those costs below). This won't apply to everyone and it will be a discussion and in my quote

Overnight accommodation - if it's a distant wedding and I am staying to MC I may (it can vary) ask for a contribution to my overnight accommodation - no more than $150

Water Taxis - Oohhhh is it a boat wedding? I love these. But you probably don't want me on the whole time once the ceremony is complete. So I can jump into a water taxi OR you can drop me at a convenient wharf. Any extra costs would just have to be discussed.

Parking in busy locations - Yep, some locations are notoriously tricking and expensive for parking. Uhhhmmm I am thinking Bondi Beach, Palm Beach, Manly.....you get my drift. It might be something we have to discuss/add

And just know - if you're late for your ceremony there may be a $50 late fee – being late can be a nightmare for your wedding vendors. So for any ceremonies that start 20 minutes, or greater, than the agreed starting time, I have to charge a late fee. We all love to make an entrance but there’s a cost to be ‘fashionably late'.

YOUR LOCATION NOT MENTIONED?

Don't worry, I love to travel and can go anywhere so let's chat.
