I am a marriage celebrant and event MC with years of experience working on loads of different events. I am BUSTING to make your wedding ceremony or special event fun, unique and one you will never forget.

Why did I become a civil celebrant? I’m glad you asked.

When the marriage equality plebiscite (or "plebishite") was happening I got into a 'discussion' with someone and got so frustrated I ended the conversation with "Well I'm just going to become a celebrant and marry ANYONE who wants to get married - so take that!". Now I owe that person a beer as it was the best decision I ever made (and I think I won the argument). 

I love using my event experience and getting to 'couple' that (do not excuse that pun) with my love of public speaking and crafting a great speech. I know how to wrangle and engage a crowd and take them on a journey. But my favourite part of this job is getting to know you and your love story so I can craft a bespoke ceremony, one that will live on long after the wedding cake. One that will make you laugh while also making your heart skip a beat. 


What's my mantra?

Who's the pooch in the pic?

That is my gorgeous greyhound, Zia. I openly admit I am her slave. I admit it. She is equal parts of measure of chill, silly and bone lazy. And I adore her. She’s so much fun when she isn’t busy stopping my couch from flying away.  Greyhounds really are 50km/hour couch potatoes.

  • My Whizz Bang Wedding Ceremony Builder Booklet  - full of tips to help you plan your ceremony

  • Professional Bose PA and microphone – it can even play your ceremony soundtrack

  • Keepsake copy of marriage ceremony – with the full script so you can re-live your ceremony

  • A lovely commemorative certificate

  • A ‘talk through'/rehearsal - so you can relax on the day knowing I’ve got this

  • No charge for travel - within Sydney metro area but check my ‘extras’ for popular locations outside of Sydney

This is the Elopement or “Sssshhhhhh it’s a secret” package. If you just both want the words and the paperwork I’m here to help.  You two and two witnesses is all that is needed. We find a gorgeous location somewhere in the Sydney CBD and in less than 10 minutes YOU ARE MARRIED.


If you're coming in from overseas or interstate it's easy to arrange

What’s included;

  • Two meetings – one to meet 'n greet and discuss if this is the right package and then meet to sign the official paperwork one month before the ceremony 

  • Personalised cue cards for your vows – so you don’t have to memorise them

  • All legal paperwork and registration - ’ll do this within 48 hours

  • A short, heartfelt ceremony – usually 5 - 10 minutes

  • A venue within the Sydney CBD area - including close to the harbour

  • My massive Wedding Ceremony Builder Booklet - full of tips and hints to make it just right for you

  • A lovely commemorative marriage certificate

  • Two witnesses – you can bring along two friends or I can arrange this for you

Please note:

  • Package only available evenings and limited weekend dates

  • Witnesses must be over 18 and comprehend English (or an interpreter is needed)

  • A maximum of  10 additional guests – any more and it’s up to the next package

  • The ceremony is limited to 5 – 10 minutes with legal wording plus your own vows and a bit of heartfelt personalising from me

Don't trick yourself into thinking that you can run it all on the day (worst idea ever).

And please.......

Don't ask that really organised or funny friend of yours who is coming along anyway.

Ask yourself, are they a guest at your wedding OR are they working for you on the day).

Just cause Uncle Terry is funny around the dinner table he may not be able to keep your wedding reception on track. Especially not after 20 beers.
